Acknowledgements:
All orders sent to Finish Line Promotions must be received in writing. Our factory will then acknowledge your order with a written sales confirmation sheet. It is the responsibility of the distributor to review the confirmation sheet and alert their sales representative with any discrepancies immediately.

Pricing:
Pricing featured in this catalog is subject to change without notice. It may be necessary to increase pricing due to material cost, etc. Efforts will be made by our sales staff to notify you of these changes.

Artwork:
Art can be submitted in two methods, camera ready and electronically. Camera ready artwork should appear in black and white and proportioned to a 6:1 ratio. Black area(s) will be raised, while white area(s) will be recessed. If specific instructions apply for engraving, please indicate on written PO. For 3D engraving, please supply Finish Line with specific instructions and materials. Photos or existing samples are great ways to supply your art for this detailed manufacturing method. Please refer to the page 40-41 for more details.

Trademarks:
Artwork that is supplied to Finish Line Manufacturing is assumed to be authorized by the party or parties placing the official order. Finish Line will not be responsible for the use of trademarked logos; the customer agrees to hold Finish Line harmless to any damages that may arise from the use of unauthorized logos. Custom logos and designs seen in this catalog have been reproduced as examples of our manufacturing capabilities.

Pre-Production Samples:
$100.00 (A) plus all die and set-up charges will be applied to your order. Pre-production charges are non-refundable. When order ensues, most die and set up charges are refundable. Any changes after pre-production sample has been approved will result in additional pre-production and die charges.

Electronic-Proof:
E-mail proofs are a great way to speed up your production time. Finish Line guarantees exact product reproduction from jpg image. However, we do not endorse computer screen color matches as accurate.

F.O.B.:
Factory direct from Rhode Island. Finish Line will exercise its best judgment in obtaining the most economical carrier if one is not indicated on PO. Shipping is also available direct from our overseas factory in China.

Over runs/Under runs:
All orders are subject to a 5% over/under production schedule. Finish Line will do all that is necessary to achieve the ordered amount.

Less than Minimum:
Order with quantities that fall under the listed amounts may be available. Call your sales executive to discuss your specific requirements.

Corrections/Cancellations:
Orders requiring corrections or canceling will be invoiced based on work incurred to date.

Rush Service:
Rush service is accepted here at Finish Line Promotions. Additional charges will apply based on the timing and difficulty of the project. These orders are only accepted with verbal approval from your sales executive.

Catalogs and Random Samples:
Up to 5 catalogs will be sent at no charge. Companies requiring more than 5 catalogs can purchase copies for $2.00 each, net. Random samples are always free. Finish Line will ship samples via UPS ground. For alternative shipping service, charges will apply.

Production Time:
Most products featured in our catalog require a 3-5 week production time from received written PO and paid deposit. Please check with your factory rep for specific delivery time for your order. Orders requiring special packaging or finishing may require longer delivery time.

Die Charges:
Dies, tooling, films, plates, and molds will remain the property of Finish Line Promotions. Die charges appearing in this catalog are estimated, your die charge will be determined when final artwork is received. All tools and dies will be available for reorder up to 2 years.
